What file formats do you accept for manuscripts?

We accept Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), Google Docs, PDF, and plain text files. Word documents are preferred as they preserve formatting best. If your manuscript is in another format, let us know — we can usually work with it.

What do I receive after formatting is complete?

You'll receive print-ready PDF files (for paperback/hardcover) and EPUB or KPF files (for Kindle). Professional and Premium tiers also include full source files (InDesign or Affinity Publisher) so you can make future edits yourself.

What if Amazon KDP rejects my book?

We offer a Zero Rejection Guarantee. If KDP rejects your file due to a formatting error on our end, we fix it for free — no questions asked, no additional charges. This has never happened in our track record, but we want you to feel 100% confident.

How many revisions are included?

Essential tier includes 2 revision rounds, Professional includes 3 rounds, and Premium includes unlimited revisions. A revision round covers layout adjustments, typo fixes, and minor design changes. Major redesigns after approval may incur additional fees, which we'll discuss upfront.

What's your typical turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days for most projects. Rush delivery (2-3 days) is available for an additional 50% fee. Complex projects (300+ pages or image-heavy) may take 10-14 days. We'll confirm the exact timeline in your proposal.

Do you design book covers too?

Our core focus is interior formatting, but we do offer cover design as an add-on service. We can also work with your existing cover designer to ensure the interior matches the cover aesthetic perfectly. Just let us know your needs during the inquiry.

Can you match my existing brand style?

Absolutely. Share your brand guidelines, color palette, fonts, and any reference materials. We'll design the interior to align perfectly with your existing brand identity. If you don't have brand guidelines, we can create a custom style based on your preferences.

Do you handle ISBN and publishing setup?

We provide guidance on ISBN acquisition and KDP setup, but the actual account registration and publishing is done by you (it's your book, after all). We'll walk you through every step and be available for support during the upload process.

What fonts do you use? Are they licensed?

We use only properly licensed fonts — either open-source fonts (Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts) or commercially licensed typefaces. All fonts are embedded in your final PDF, so your book will display correctly on any device. You'll never face font licensing issues.

Do you offer discounts for multiple books?

Yes! We offer volume discounts for publishers and authors with multiple titles. Typically 10-15% off for 3+ books, and custom pricing for larger projects. We also offer retainer packages for ongoing partnerships. Mention your needs during the inquiry.

What if I need changes after final delivery?

Premium tier includes 30 days of post-launch support for minor adjustments. For other tiers, we offer paid update packages if you need changes after the project is closed. Since you receive source files (Professional & Premium tiers), you can also make edits yourself or hire another designer.

How does payment work?

We require 50% deposit to start the project, with the remaining 50% due upon final approval before delivery. We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we can arrange milestone-based payments.
